As you drive around Hertfordshire you can see some classic mistakes, not just potholes, that have been made by Hertfordshire Highways. Want to park in St Albans?
Well, you can park but the main car park did not sign up to the electronic signs, not that they work anyway! So we wish you luck finding a space, yet another Herts Highways fail.
